Personal information is one of the most important assets
for each of us. We are aware of our obligation
in protecting personal information when conducting
our services as a Certified Social Insurance & Labor
Consultant/an Administrative Solicitor/a Registered
Management Consultant Office.

We have therefore decided our privacy policy as shown
below. We will keep this policy and make this known
to anyone concerned internally and externally, and improve
our protection system continuously.

1. We will acquire, use and provide personal information
appropriately, considering the contents of services
and their scales.

2. We will obtain the individual's consent beforehand
or take suitable actions, in case when we wish to use
the information exceeding the purpose of acquisition
stipulated at acquisition.

3. We will observe the Law of Personal Information
Protection of Japan and Government Ordinances, Guidances
stipulated by the Government, etc. in conducting
our services.

4. We will make an effort to prevent leakage, cancellation
or breakge of personal information, and to improve
the method of protection.

5. We will take actions speedily if we receive complaints
or questions on personal information.
